Conference and Retreats
UNIV Congress
UNIV is an international gathering of young university women seeking to deepen their faith, their lives and give meaning to their work.
An experience that takes place in Rome during Holy Week and will help you renew your vision of the world, of others and of yourself.
Monthly recollections
Revisit your life goals and refresh your mind during a "mini-retreat". It includes a meditation given by an Opus Dei priest and a short lecture. Confessions are also possible.
Retreats for students
The silent retreat is one of Valrideau's spiritual activities entrusted to the Prelature of Opus Dei (www.opusdei.ca), an institution of the Catholic Church.
Our Inspiration
St. Josemaria Escriva
Valrideau University is inspired by St Josemaria's message of striving to become the best we can be in our work, in our relationships with others and in all aspects of daily life. St Josemaria founded Opus Dei, an institution of the Catholic Church.
Safety
Valrideau University Residence is committed to providing a safe environment for all participants in its programs and activities. We follow the safety policy of Valrideau's owner, the Neeje Association for Women and Family.
